Bullying is a social phenomenon that often occurs in elementary schools and can have negative impacts on children’s emotional, social, and academic development. This article is written as part Abstract of the Community Service Program (KKN) conducted at SDN 1 and SDN 2 Nanggela, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon. The purpose of this article is to describe the factors influencing bullying behavior and to offer preventive efforts through educational and collaborative approaches. The findings indicate that bullying behavior is influenced by individual factors (emotion and self-control), family factors (parenting style and parental attention), school factors (teacher supervision and school climate), and social environment factors (peer interaction). The results highlight that the school and social environment play dominant roles in triggering bullying behavior. Therefore, continuous collaboration among teachers, parents, and the community is needed to create a safe, supportive, and bullying-free educational environment.
