This research was motivated by students' low interest in sports, with most of their time spent on gadgets. This condition results in a lack of healthy lifestyle habits based on physical activity. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The results show that exercise is a regular and planned movement activity that is beneficial for improving physical fitness, mental health, and motor skills in students. Optimizing a structured physical education program supported by adequate facilities in schools can prevent the risk of obesity and foster healthy lifestyle habits from an early age
